I found out from a friend that her coworker (at her bar) and I had mutual crushes on one another. We've had some great conversations in person that have enabled us to get a sense of who the other is, and we get long very well!  One night after a bit of flirting I asked for his phone (which he gave to me) and I put my number in.  He's text me twice, briefly, and kissed my cheek and flirted with me (touching my hand, winking, paying me special attention) the other day when I was at their bar, yet he STILL hasn't asked me on a date! (It's been little over a week since I gave him my number).
Why is he taking so long to ask me on a date?  I will not ask him on a date.  I already gave him the signal I was interested and it seems like he is too but I'm so impatient.  I feel that if he's interested he wouldn't wait so long to ask me on a date.  Am I wrong here?
