I agree, there are lots of red flags here and I think if you stick to what your principles and your rational side tell you, you'll navigate through the guys loke this one who feed you bull just fine.

Here's what stands out for me:

1. He says he flirted becuase he dreamed you got married. Doe that explanation make sense to you? Does it excuse the behavior? When someone feeds you bull, you know you're with someone who feed you bull - and you can count on it again and again. In other words, it tells you you're with someone you should walk away from.

2. After 3 weeks together he says he loves you. Are you kidding me? That statement says either he's incredibly immature, is feeding you lines that he thinks will cause you to stay or he makes incredibly reckless decisions for his life. Nobody - NOBODY loves someone after three weeks...not after three months, not after six months! It takes time, lots of time, to get to know someone and to really know who they are before you know if you love them or not. At three weeks (or months) you don't know nearly enough about them. Honestly, it takes a year minimum. But...let's look at his "love" statement from another angle. Do you flirt with somebody else because you've just found that you love them? His words and his actions are in total contradiction of themselves.

3. He flirts with others. I know you're wrestling with whether what he's doing is acceptable or not, but here's the thing: when we're looking for partners what we're looking for is someone whose ideals, principles match ours. It doesn't matter if somebody else thinks what he's doing is acceptable or not, YOU are the one it needs to be acceptable to. Is this behavior ok for you? A good way to figure this out if you're struggling with it is ask yourself if you'd feel it was acceptable behavior for you to do. If it's not (and it shouldn't be!), then it's not acceptable for a relationship for you. I guarantee there are zillions of guys who don't think flirting is acceptable behavior in a relationship. I guarantee you there are zillions of guys who will only be interested in giving you their attention, not other girls. Kinda the way it should be in a relationship, don't you think? There are scads of people on this earth each with their own ideals, beliefs, principles, character, etc. The right relationship for you is one that fits you, how you think, what you believe. If you meet somebody who has some features that aren't a match, then you move on. You'll find someone who matches up in all the criteria and you shouldn't settle for anything less.

Something else that's ludicrous about this is that when he first flirted he confessed, knew it was wrong, but now he's doing the same thing and it's okay? What happened is that he did the flirting, found out that you'd accept it (you started to leave then stayed, which told him he can flirt and you won't leave) so he ramped it up; found a new way to get you to accept it and he's off and running, able to play as much as he wants. The guy's using you and he's not worth your time. Dump him!

Rule of thumb: Anytime your gut says it's not okay, it's not okay. You don't need a reason to end it, you just need to say it's not right for you and go.
