Depends.........does it matter to you? Do you see yourself as somewhat "less" because you're a little older than he is? Personally, I enjoy dating men who are 5 to 10 years younger than I. They're more spontaneous and fit my personality better than a man my own age. Why don't you talk to him and see if age is an issue (which I doubt), and then take it from there.
